Paris Attractions  Paris is packed with tourist destinations such as the Eiffel Tower,  although not enough to keep the children entertained for a full week, unless you want to make the most of Disneyland Resort Paris.  However the attractions here will easily give you several days of entertainment and you could mix and match a few carefully chosen monuments/museums in between to keep the balance of culture!

Description:
One of the best preserved Medieval towns in France with plenty to entertain. There are some splendid reconstructed buildings, walls and parapets to walk round, excellent displays; The Legend of the Knights and the Falconry display run from 4th April – 1st Nov ’09; The Battle of the Ramparts is from 20th April-3rd July ’09  and a new show Arkhangai, Horsemen of the Steppes, 4th April – 30th Aug ’09.
Our recommendations: For older children book a guided tour through the tourist office. Otherwise pick and choose which sites to visit. We all had fun in ‘Caesar’s Tower’ especially when the bell struck the hour!!  In June, check out the dates of the Medieval festival for some spectacular entertainment. A highlight must be a visit to one of the shows. Our children thoroughly enjoyed ‘The Legend of the Knights’ (in French!).
For the children: There is a 45 minute train ride around the medieval part of the town.
